The Women Are In Agreement!

The kiddo tip toed into our room in the wee hours of the morning.  Not even the birds were awake.  So we just let her snuggle in with us.  The first one to fall back asleep, of course, is the hubby/daddy.  In the distance I hear the chugging of the locomotive (my husband's snoring in its beginning stage - you know, before he really gets going).  As the clock ticks, the locomotive gets louder and louder, and I'm about to give the hubby a whack on the back and tell him to roll over, when the kiddo shakes her daddy and says, "Moddy, I don't like it when you make that noise.  Would you stop, please?"  Atta girl!  Help the momma out!

Maybe the hubby and kiddo should switch rooms???  :)

How funny is that!  It is nice to know I am not the only one out there who has a husband who sounds like a freight train.  My daughter sometimes can hear him snoring from across the hall in her room.  When I first moved in with my hubby it was so hard to get used to the noise.  I went a lot of nights with no sleep.  Even now that I am used to it, there are night he still wakes me up.  It drives me crazy!!! You can only kick them in the back so many times. The part I don't like the most about it, is when he falls asleep before me, then I am having a hard time getting to sleep, his snoring sometimes can hurt my ears. :)    :p

 Good luck!

I too have spent many nights trying to cover my ears so that I can get back to sleep after being awakened by the cough of my youngest...and then the hubby's snoring...sheesh!  I compare his snoring to a ......well, like a lion roaring or a gorilla.  Not to me mean...but, it's true!  If only there was a solution!  (other than earplugs...)  Good luck!
