Homework Meltdowns!
It is only the second week of school and my two older boys are already having HOMEWORK MELTDOWNS! Believe me I am following all of the rules that the teachers preach to you every year at Back to School Night. - Have a set homework time. - No TV or any other distractions ( try explaining this one to my 3 and 1 year old). - Lots of encouragement These rules sound great on paper or coming from the very nice teacher who has never had any children herself to apply them to, but for me I hate this time of day. Dealing with the tantrums, crying, and their ability to distract themselves from the homework in front of them. My boys are definitely Homework Challenged! Karen
