What are KC Pool Laws & Regulations
Well, the title pretty much explains it. I want to know if anyone knows what Kern County pool laws are. I'm asking because our neighbors have pool in their backyard. We do have a 5 ft. chainlink fence separating us from it but chainlink fences are climbable, even by the smallest toddler. I'm just concerned because the fence can easily be climbed and the people with the pool have a toddler an other small children and there is nothing around the fence to separate from their backyard.
