The car never left the driveway yesterday! WooHoo!!! And it's not because we didn't go anywhere. I'm going to start keeping track of how many days a week/month I can pull that off and check the difference in the gasoline bills. 2 comments from 2 users

So if you still had to go out and do stuff, what method of transportation did you use that was amenable to moving two kids in Bakersfield heat? :) posted by

We didn't go anywhere after noon, but we did put six miles on the stroller and my son's scooter over the course of two round trips to VBS. Next week, I'm getting a bike trailer to hold both kids and that will stretch our range capabilities to everything we need to get to during the day.
