1st Day - 1st Grade
Layton is in 1st grade today with Mrs. King at Castle Elementary. Next time we blink, he'll be graduating from high school and then from UCLA. (just kidding, Layton. awww your son looks so happy, he is a cutie! I hope he will love his first day of school. He definitely looks ready for the coming school year.

I was thinking the same thing this morning as we drove our son to his first day of school...First grade! Time has flown by! The other son, our 4 year old, was not at all happy that his preschool will be out for another 2 weeks. "Not fair" he said. I want to go to school too! Soon enough....before you know it, it will be here!
