When I grow up...
My DS has said some cute (and some downright funny) things about what he wants to be when he grows up. The other day he told me he wanted to be an astronaut when he grows up (cool!), and that got me thinking about everything else he has said he wants to be when he grows up. Here is everything I can remember that he has said: Astronaut Firefighter "Train driver" Garbage Man Dog Princess (those last two made me LOL) Such great dreams! I will have to make sure I write these down in his baby book so we can giggle about it when he grows up.

That's too cute! I was working on homework with my big first grader and one of the assignments was to fill in the blanks on the pages....one thing was When I grow up I want to be...... That lead to some great conversation! My my my my.....First he said, "An Ice Cream Man!!" So, I confirmed it, and wrote it down. Then, we moved on to favorite foods, favorite pet, favorite color....Then, I asked him to go back and draw pictures. Then, he said, "I want you to erase the Ice Cream Man and put.....A School Bus Driver." Other occupations were not quite as good as the Ice Cream Man - I can see it now, Free Ice Cream for everyone.....if he could do it now, that it! Then again, he wants to mow lawns, be a police man, and be rich.... ;0) posted by

Those are cute! Some of Cole's have been a bull-rider, a nascar driver, a cowboy (not the same as a bull-rider), an equipment salesmen (like his daddy) and too many others to remember.
