My mom had been in town for a few weeks in midst of winter last year and we wanted to spend the day together. I was really needing some sort of adventure. Most of you probably haven't spent the winter in Minnesota so you must know this was a particularly cold time of the year. It was in the negative double digets with windchill.
The trip was doomed from start. With the chaos of kids, eating and overall slowness, took us 3 hours to just leave the house! It just got worse from there. Just so you understand, we were traveling with my daughter Zoe who was 2 at the time, my mom, and my nephew Dakota who was about 6 months. We pulled into the mall & I got out so that I could try to open the double stroller and of course couldn't figure it out. My mom suggested that we roll it inside with the two babies.
