This has nothing to do with raising kids except for the fact that I do want my daughter to taste our local fish. I've lived here most of my life, and when I was younger I used to fish with my dad. But I don't want to fish right now; I just want to eat the fish, rainbow trout that is. (Not that anyone can fish in the Kern right now -have you seen how muddy it is?- so sad!) Anyone know of a restaurant here in Bakersfield that serves Rainbow Trout?
