we did the same with my son, Layton. I came out to the waiting room and announced that he had arrived and then revealed his name. We had let everyone know that he was a boy, but kept his name under wraps. I feel bad, but now that I try and remember, i don't know how we did it for Holly, but I don't think we kept her name or sex a secret. Our chinese daughter is going to be named Ileah and we will keep her chinese name as her middle name.
