Raising Bakersfield

I am Bakersfield born & raised, once a Driller always a Driller! Happily married to my husband, David, for the past 8 years. He is an LA transplant going on 19 years. He teaches math and coaches basketball at Golden Valley High School while I am lucky enough to raise our children from home. Our daughter, Lacie is 6 and is in the First grade. Our son, Colby is 5 and is in Kindergarten. They both attend a brand new school just down the street from our new home. We spend our family time at Target, Costco, Lowe's, IKEA, local parks, movies, the library, playing our Wii, Senor Pepe's, and in our own backyard with family & friends.
