Well... I couldn't describe myself without including my wonderful family in the description. We are a happy family of 7, and that includes our 3 cats: Diego (the boy), Frida (the princess), and Majik (the trouble maker!). Our oldest girl is Emily (almost 4) and her favorite interests (which are subject to change.. by the second) include: bossing around her little sis, anything princess, dress-up, story-time, taking pictures, petting the kitties (who sometimes don't appreciate her affection), and doing anything to collect her daddy's attention.  Maddie is the youngest of 2 1/2 years; however, if years equate to sassyness then she's More like 100 or so, lol! Her #1 most favorite thing on this earth is her daddy... with horsey's and spi-dur's coming in at a distant 2nd an 3rd.  We've been working on the concept of sharing, it's been a shaky road, but she's getting the hang of the idea. She's the greatest little helper ever and never hesitates to throw something in the trash if you ask her... or don't ask her... so if something is suddenly missing, then you know the first place to look!!!

We spend most of our time together as a family unit, beyond work and mandatory absences. We emphasize healthy living to the girls and are always happy and excited to find new activities to participate in. We especially like outdoor activities and anything that promotes learning.  I was happy to have found this site in the local newspaper and we have been very excited to participate in many story-times and the different activities which are offered.
