About Susan
I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of four children ages 20, 16, 7, and 5. Our oldest has graduated from homeschool and is on to college. I keep busy teaching the rest of our blessings, and mentoring new homeschoolers. I have a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, and write a column for Home School Enrichment Magazine (Early Learning.) You can find my blog at their website, http://homeschoolenrichment.... I am very involved in the local homeschooling community, and run a series of meetings every summer for those who are considering home education. My group is called "Thinking About Homeschooling". My hobbies include writing, reading, hunting for classic/out of print books (I am a bibliophile), and when time permits, crafting.
