Raising Bakersfield

I grew up in Bakersfield until I was 16 years old. My family moved to the orange county area and I lived there for 7 years never dreaming that I would ever move back to Bakersfield. But... here I am, 10 years later back in my hometown. About to raise a family of my own. Imagine that!

Living down south I learned so many practical life leasons of which I am very greatful for. God truly was & is guiding my life. I moved back to Bakersfield in 2003 to marry my  Jr. High sweet heart of whom I have been married to for 4 years this July.

My husband John is a wonderful man of whom I am very proud of. He works as an IT guy for a medical company here in Bakersfield. He's a hard worker and strives to be the best at whatever he does. He is a great provider & I can't wait to see him as a father.

I work full time as a property manager for a home builder in Bakersfield & am excited at the possibility of working from home. Being a stay at home mom is something I always knew I wanted to do. We are anticipating our first baby on October 22nd.
