About Jennifer

Who would have thought I would be creating a profile on Raising Bakersfield? When I heard our company was launching this site, I thought "That's nice." But since I had no children and was newly single, I certainly didn't think I'd be a participant. At least, not so soon.

Well, here I am, 12 weeks along and I just heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time at a doctor appointment this very morning. Might as well spill the beans! I'm going to be a mom. Surprise :)

I must take this moment to thank the new love in my life for being a part of this blessing. James, I am so glad to be on this adventure with you!
