About Kevin
I am a stay at home dad and children's author, married to Jill and raising Layton (6) and Holly (3).
We moved to Bakersfield four years ago, fleeing the bumper to bumper lifestyle of LA. It was a great decision. We are members of Christ's Church of the Valley and we are a part of the launch team for the newest church in Bakersfield, Kaleo Fellowship, where Jill runs the children's ministries and I do the youth group. Jill is a teacher at Fairview Elementary and a private tutor. Layton is a First Grader at Castle Elementary and Holly is in pre-school at Ridgeview Christian School. I am the shuttle bus between the three! (Actually now I'm going to be the bike driver. You can have your gas)

Yeah, our kids are always braver than we are about those independence things. :) But that's as it should be. Thanks for your comment.
