Location: Chester to "F" and 18th to 21st, Bakersfield, CA
Every first friday of the month from 5-8pm the shops, boutiques and galleries of the Downtown Arts District are open late offering specials and artists set up along downtown sidewalks. Downtown Arts District is between Chester to "F" and 18th to 21st.
