Pre-Kindergarten enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year will be held in the

Pre-K classrooms listed at the above Pre-K sites.

 

May 12th through May 23, 2008

Pre-Registration hours are: 8:45 -10:45 am and 12:45 -2:45 pm at the above school sites.

 

June 2nd through July 24, 2008

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 – 11:00 am

Pre-Registration will be held at Owens Primary located at 815 Potomac Avenue in the Parent Resource Room located in the front parking lot.

 
School begins August 18, 2008 - McKinley School begins July 14, 2008

 

Late Registration begins August 20, 2008

Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 -11:00 am

Registration will be held at Owens Primary, Pre-K Office in room 44

 


All of the following documents are required for enrollment:

•     Completed physical form must be less than 1 year old.
•     Copy of birth certificate (Age 3 by August 19, 2008 for CPRE sites, Age 4 by December 2, 2008 for CPKP sites).
•     Priority is given to 4 year olds
•     Immunization record (needs to be up to date).
•     Child TB clearance (Results of child Tuberculosis test within 1 year).
•     Proof of income (1 current month for each adult living in the home).
•     Proof of address (phone bill, utility bill or official letter).
•     Parent TB clearance (Results of parent Tuberculosis test within 1 year)
•     Parent needs to participate 7 hours per month in the classroom.
