The 2008 Kern County Child Development Conference will be featuring 30 workshops to choose from. The conference is open to anyone interested in children, their development and welfare. The day long conference promotes helping young children reach their growth and development potential. The Banana Slug String Band will perform from 8-9 am. Early childhood education vendors will have their products on display.
