JulieJordanScott

I am Mom to three of the most incredible children on the planet... except I know, perhaps YOURS are a smidge more incredible in your eyes. LOL.

I have a daughter at East High, a daughter at Washington Middle School and a son at Harris. My eldest daughter is a Gate/Honors/Overachiever, My middle daughter is busy at work on a novel called "The Outsider's Guide to Middle School" and my son has High Functioning Autism - which has transformed me from being ONLY a writer, artist, actor, director, life coach and mom into an Advocate for Special Needs Kids. The poor folks at BCSD are familiar with my voice, my name, my passion. Hey, someone has to initiate change, right?

I look forward to getting to know other Bakersfield parents here. Because I am so involved in the Art Community, many of my friends are of different ages and without children. I would love to see a Creative Renaissance among Bakersfield Parents. What do you say?

Hi there! I'm glad you found me too. We haven't been seeing/doing much theater these days and we miss it greatly so it's good to at least keep up here! :)
